Originating in New York City, the Oru collection began as a concept product entered into the ICFF Studio/Bernhardt Design Competition in 2012, which highlights 12 emerging designers. Vim & Vigor’s Oru design caught the attention of Renato Matthew McCormick, leading to a collaboration that brought the collection to market. Oru includes two indoor pendants: one with an asymmetric folded metal shape in black with red, green, or petroleum interiors, and a 2014 luxury version in burnished copper with a polished interior that naturally patinas. Custom LED and smaller sizes are available.
