Every piece is meticulously handcrafted through a 25-step process that takes two weeks to complete. Sand-cast aluminum fixtures anchor spun metal discs, pressed into concave forms, precision laser-cut, and finished through flame oxidation, brushing, and polishing. The result is a luminous sculpture where no two are ever alike.

Lucie Koldova (b. 1983, Czech Republic) is a Prague-based designer known for her poetic approach to light and product design. After graduating from the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague in 2009, she moved to Paris, where she gained international recognition with her first lighting series Balloons and Muffins for Czech glass specialist Brokis. She established her studio in 2012, later relocating back to Prague. Her work blends traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology, focusing on glass, wood, and metal. Koldova’s designs are distinguished by bold proportions, refined details, and an emotive use of color, often pushing the limits of material and form. Her portfolio spans lighting, furniture, and glass objects, and is represented internationally by galleries and brands including Brokis, Lasvit, La Chance, and Haymann Edition.
