The Beluga Collection is, together with Faretti, the most prolific collection of Fabbian, with pendant, wall, and ceiling lamps. The spherical diffusers rotate 360 degrees enabling the fixtures to provide direct, indirect, and ambient illumination. Beluga’s classic globe-shaped diffusers come in vibrant crystal glass, classic white glass, and polished chrome. All metallic structures are in polished chrome. Suitable for use with halogen and LED lamps.
Fabbian has been a cornerstone of Italian lighting design since 1961, operating from the Venetian countryside. Known for its refined modern aesthetic, Fabbian develops lighting for residential, commercial, and bespoke applications—offering products that reflect a strong heritage of craftsmanship, innovation, and Italian design excellence.
Born in Austria and a French citizen, Marc Sadler has lived and worked across Europe, North America, and Asia, and is now based in Milan. A graduate of ENSAD Paris (1968), he pioneered the first thermo-plastic ski boot in the 1970s, leading to global patents and long-standing collaborations with major sports brands. His expertise in materials, especially plastics, has since shaped innovations in furniture, appliances, lighting, and technical products. Sadler’s designs have earned numerous international awards, with works in the permanent collections of MoMA New York and the Centre Pompidou in Paris. Though widely recognized as a technical designer, he considers painting his true passion.
